Approach FlutterFlow problems with Cursor

I've had a lot of fun with FlutterFlow and Cursor AI. And I've had a lot of fun with YouTube. I would have never thought that more than 300 people would subscribe to a channel with only three videos (thus far). So thank you everyone!

In my newest - third - video, I approach a common problem when you are using FlutterFlow to create a web app. Long loading times. And even worse, long loading times without a loading indicator.

No "Loading"-indicator

The problem, as can be seen on the video, is that of a blank, coloured screen loading without a loading indicator. Only after some time it appears. That time is when users bounce.

Solving just such problems

This is a typical problem that can be quickly solved with Cursor. As it knows the entire codebase, it know how to implement it. So within about 10 minutes we got from a web app with potentially a high bounce rate to one that let's users know: the page is not broken, it is only loading.

Going from the specific to the general

For any problem you face that cannot be solved natively with FlutterFlow, the same procedure applies. Start a coding session in Cursor, and let use Cursor to get a solution quickly.
